Forest Camo Zulu Watch Strap

Discover the story behind our Forest Camo Zulu Straps, inspired by the origins of camouflage from 1914 France. Originally designed using cubist techniques to distort outlines and blend into surroundings, camouflage has evolved with technology—what you see with the naked eye can differ entirely through infra-red.

Unlike standard printed patterns, our camo straps are jacquard-woven on a special loom using five pre-dyed yarns. This results in ultra-fine detailing with no harsh edges, and the camo tones still shift beautifully under infra-red. Combined with distressed hardware in silver, black, or bronze, each strap adds rugged character to your watch.

These straps are made for comfort, style, and durability. Choose 240mm for wrists 17cm and below. 280mm for wrists above 17cm with possible fold back at the ends.

Behind The Design

Inspiration

The eye-catching bark of a sycamore tree is patterned and multi-colored, making it extremely interesting and soothing to look at. 

The outer brown bark is mottled and flakes off in large portions, giving the trunk surface a greenish-white or cream-coloured inner bark. These colors amazingly put together by nature became our inspiration for a camouflage pattern.

The Camo Strap:

Oftentimes, the Camo pattern is printed onto the nylon or polyester while here it is all woven. Indeed, five pre-dyed yarns are woven together to guarantee robustness and a seamless integration of this pattern.
